There once was a girl named Grace
Who loved to sew pink and white lace
And little white hankies
She sells them to the Yankees
KERCOO! Now she’s cleaning with great haste.

This weekend we went to Camp Patmos for Banished, one of the weekend retreats. For chapel we learned about the armor of God.
Friday we played “Fiery Darts”. The bad guys try to hit the “unprotected” parts of your body, your legs under your knees. If they succeeded you were “frozen” until two “Christians” help put you into the box of redemption then you help other frozen people. Saturday we played cross fire laser tag, (you try to capture a box by shooting at it.)
Racheal and I went tubing a few Sundays ago, it was very fun. Uncle Dave took us. Mom and Dad went next unfortunately they did not fly off the tube and then Adrian went and he flew off but he got back on.
The next day I went back to camp, at camp my cabin leader’s name was Megan too. We went tubing four times and the last time Megan flew off the tube I am glad I was in the middle otherwise I would have flown off too
We played Bubble Ball. The goal is to not to be knocked down, and to knock the other player down. Mark and Adrian could beat me, but I beat Katie once. They are bigger, heavier and have more mass than I do. It was fun.
Klaus enjoyed watching me beat his mom, he thought it was hilarious.
Today is World Chocolate Day! We made some chocolate sausage. Momma let me experiment with how I made mine.
Mix together:
Melt by your favorite method:
Next time I want to replace the milk with peanut butter (probably 1/3 c?) to see how that works 🙂
Optional: Replace any of the crunches with other favorite crunchies, or use your favorite flavored chocolate.
Momma posted her recipe here.
We were not expecting that it would snow today, but it did.
We built a snowman, her name is Bobita. We decided to see what Andrea would do if we put Bobita on her swing. lets see what she will do
Dear Red Riding Hood;
I am glad you enjoy our magazine. Here are some tips to keep wolves out of the house:
Yours truly,

Dear editor;
I enjoy your magazine. I wish I had read your “Safety on the Trail” sooner, because I once had a little trouble when I went hiking to Grandma’s house. I went because my mother told me to take Grandma cookies.
Although I know I should not have, I was talking to a stranger while picking flowers a little off the trail. In the end, my question is; how do you keep wolves out of the house when your Grandma is half deaf?
Your fan,
Red Riding Hood
